Here we are at the DFS challenge with our pals at RealTime Sports, where you can match up against my Mastersball mates and me, and prove to your friends that you are surely a better player than I!
Tune in here daily, as Patrick and I pick up the Mastersball gauntlet where you can play our daily 50/50 game ($5) or come right after me on Fridays in the free Beat the Experts contest. Beat me and you win $2, and believe me, this past week that was not hard to do!
Weather is not nearly as threatening to our lineups today as it was yesterday, with New York and Pittsburgh looking at potential showers.
Dustin Pedroia ($4900): Dped is so steady, and he has been making his typical laser-like contact, especially over the past week, hitting .381-1-3 with nine hits and a pair of runs while raising his OBP to .353. Oh yeah, he also has Phil Hughes' number with five career bombs, among other things.
Chris Owings ($4400): I like an Arizona stack against lefty Tyler Anderson and his 1-3, 7.71 mark thus far and Owings, who is hitting .294-1-2 with a steal and a run scored over the past week, should take advantage accordingly.
Don't forget, you can hit me up @lawrmichaels and also feel free to comment, flatter, cajole, ridicule, bewitch, bother, and bewilder in the comments section below.
