Take a deep breath. I did, for sure, following a horrible run of great picks matched with horrible picks that resulted in nothing, so the Thanksgiving break gave me a chance to get my wind. Ideally, the upcoming Hero, taking place in New Providence AHA starting Thursday, also means the end of Tiger's hiatus. So, let's keep our fingers crossed that we both can do a little better this week.
It is a small field this time, and don't forget you can match up against me playing $3 DraftKings Weekly Hybrid PGA.
Dustin Johnson ($11,200): Hey, playing among the best, might as well go with the best, and since Johnson averages 88.5 points per contest, that would be he.
Jordan Spieth ($10,300): Going with the #2 guy, as well, and his average 79.2 points. Though if you follow me here, you know these picks will blow, and that my cheap picks will be the winners.
Bubba Watson ($7600): Bubba is a favorite, but he is also really good and can hit a mile. And, he does average 71.6 points per week and is 20 of 21 making the cut.
Matt Kuchar ($7000): Kuchar averages 71.1 points per contest, and is 25 of 29 making cuts. And, he does well when I pick him.
Emiliano Grillo ($6900): Grillo also averages 71.1 points per tourney, and has made the Top 10 five times this past year while qualifiying for play all weekend 27 of 30 times.
Tiger Woods ($6600): Maybe not the smartest play, but certainly the most fun one. And, all that time off should make his game better first time back, right? I mean, don't you hit better after a layoff?
Do remember to keep fantasy open and regulated and fair for all by writing your local lawmakers and tell them of your love of playing and desire to keep on playing. Visit the FSTA site for more information (and thanks).
