After just a horrible week at the RBC Canadian, I am beyond happy for a Major as for some reason my picks seem to do better when the world is truly watching every swing. That is how I expect things to go at Batustrol, in Springfield, New Jersey, when the PGA takes flight tomorrow.

As usual, I did look at the best bargains who consistently make the cut, but I also went with golfers who have been steady producers for me, so certainly while picking players I like, some sentimentality fit into the equation. Either way, let's all hope this weekend proves as exciting as the spectacular Open Championship.

Remember you can play against me and cut your chops playing $3 DraftKings Weekly Hybrid PGA. As for my picks, well, just as I think I might be getting the hang, you know? Sort of like your short game falls in line, but all of a sudden, all your drives slice? Irrespective, here goes.

Phil Mickelson ($10,200): Good old dependable Phil. After his stunning performance in Scotland two weeks ago, how can I leave him in the dust at that price?

Adam Scott ($9600): Scott averages 81.7 points per tourney, has made 14 of 14 cuts this season, and one of these days will score big again. Maybe even this weekend.

Matt Kuchar ($8600): Kuchar shot a 69 his final round in Ontario last week, and is 18 of 19 making cuts with 74.6 points per tourney.

Zach Johnson ($8400): Johnson has made 14 of 17 cuts, averages 61.3 points, and like Scott, is due.

Steve Stricker ($7000): I had Stricker at the Open Championships, and was thus rewarded. Couple that with Stricker's solid finish at the PGA last year, and well, here is more sentimentality. 61 points per tourney is Stricker's average.

Jamie Lovemark ($5400): Sentiment redux, Lovemark is another guy who delivers, and is a cheap gamble having played all weekend 16 of 23 times while posting an average of 59.3 points (if all these guys simply give me their average, I think I am gold).

Do remember to keep fantasy open and regulated and fair for all by writing your local lawmakers and tell them of your love of playing and desire to keep on playing. Visit the FSTA site for more information (and thanks).

By the way, don't forget to check out our deal with DraftKings where you get a lot of good baseball stuff from us along with some from DraftKings. Hit the link below for details.
