Mastersball’s daily MLB DFS projections for DraftKings, RealTime Sports, FanDuel, Fantasy Aces and Yahoo daily games are now for Mastersball Platinum subscribers only. Not yet a member? Join today!

Accessible from our front page at noon each day and updated before first-pitch, let’s put the projections to use at RealTime Sports, specifically the Mastersball Daily 50-50 GPP contest with $135 in prizes available for just a $5 entry fee. Do not delay joining, as the Mastersball contests are again very popular in 2016.

With a full slate of games today, finding players to build a winning team should not be too difficult. While I prefer having starting pitchers playing at home, today I am going with Johnny Cueto ($9,000), who is facing an unreliable Pirates lineup. Choosing the second hurler is not as easy. It all depends on the available budget. Jose Fernandez ($9,600) should be the preferred choice, but if you run out of money, Jason Hammel ($6,900) is a strong contender for the slot.

The Baltimore offense should produce, facing Luis Perdomo at home. While Mark Trumbo has cooled down, Chris Davis ($6,500) and Matt Wieters ($4,200) are in a groove. Toronto’s Troy Tulowitzki ($4,900) and Kevin Pillar ($4,200), one of my favorite low cost options, are up against Patrick Corbin, who has slipped several notches in the rankings. See if you can fit hitters from these two teams under the salary cap.

Don't forget that you can indeed match up against the Mastersballers at RealTime Sports and follow me on Twitter @varnica123.
