Mastersball’s daily MLB DFS projections for DraftKings, RealTime Sports, FanDuel, Fantasy Aces and Yahoo daily games are now for Mastersball Platinum subscribers only. Not yet a member? Join today!

Accessible from our front page at noon each day and updated before first-pitch, let’s put the projections to use at RealTime Sports, specifically the Mastersball Daily 50-50 GPP contest with $135 in prizes available for just a $5 entry fee. Do not delay joining, as the Mastersball contests are again very popular in 2016.

With only one day game and 14 played in the evening, we should not have trouble finding players to build a winning team today. With the Pittsburgh rotation not at its best, I am going to select Jacob deGrom ($8,700) as my starting pitcher for the first time this year. David Price ($9,200) has had his ups and downs this year, but he lasted eight innings in his most recent start. He could be a good choice for the second hurler. If you prefer to stay away from the costly Price and put your money on the offense, a real inexpensive pitcher today is Jhoulys Chacin ($4,000), at home against the Twins.

We should never discount hitters playing at offense friendly Coors Field. Consequently, Jacoby Ellsbury ($5,000) is worth your consideration. However, he is expensive. On the other hand, his teammate, Carlos Beltran ($4,400) as well as Trayce Thompson ($2,700) and Danny Valencia ($4,400) all have an attractive price. A combination of these four should give us a winning squad.

Don't forget that you can indeed match up against the Mastersballers at RealTime Sports and follow me on Twitter @varnica123.
