Great news! Free access to Mastersball’s daily MLB DFS projections for all five major sites has been extended for one more week.

Accessible from our front page at noon each day and updated before first-pitch, let’s put them to use at RealTime Fantasy Sports, specifically the Mastersball Daily 50-50 GPP contest with $135 in prizes available for just a $5 entry fee. Do not delay joining, as the Mastersball contests are again very popular in 2016.

Jake Arrieta ($9,800) will be pitching in Pittsburgh, and although my preference is to pick up hurlers who have the home-field advantage, I cannot resist adding Arrieta to my team.

Given the high price of my first choice, for the second pitcher I will go with newly promoted Justin Nicolino ($4,400), whose first outing last week was stellar. If you want to stay away from Nicolino because he is the new kid on the block, Matt Harvey ($9,200) and Collin McHugh ($7,200) are both valid choices.

Given Luis Severino's recent problems, I'll be focusing on the Orioles’ hitters. Manny Machado ($6,400) was named the AL Player of the Month in April. Mark Trumbo ($4,600) is hitting .333 at home and is a strong candidate for my team. If you have money in the budget, I like Chris Davis ($6,000).

Don't forget that you can indeed match up against the Mastersballers at RealTime Sports and follow me on Twitter @varnica123.
