Max Scherzer ($9700) headlines the Friday slate, but I am going to start my lineup with Corey Kluber ($9000) against the lowly White Sox and Michael Pineda ($7600). Pineda had three good outings in a row sandwiched around two duds.
On the offensive side, you have the obvious Reds-Rockies matchup. But I am going to start with Nationals shortstop Ian Desmond ($3500). He had been bad all season but is starting to show signs of life. He has scored eight points in three of his past four games.
