The issue, with a limited slate, becomes where to put the second starter money, and I have thrown all caution to the wind in going against Mother Nature, and with Gio Gonzalez ($5200) against the Cubs, with the possibility of rain out there.
Looking at the weather, drizzle and light rain, followed by overcast was the forecast, so I am banking that will not be enough to disuade the playing of the game.
Elsewhere, I am also giving Mark Trumbo ($4600), new of Seattle a not for no reason other than strange things happen to a new player his first game with a new team. I realize that is even more ridiculous a reason to pick a player than is challenging the weather, but I have learned to trust my instincts even if they are not quantifiable (forgive me Lord Z).
I also like a couple of White Sox in Jose Abreu ($5300) and Alexei Ramirez ($3400) along with the Rangers steady Shin-Soo Choo ($4100) in a Texas/Chicago contest that looks like it will be fun with runs.
Don't forget that you can indeed match up against the Mastersballers at FantasyScore.
