Well, I feel better about my sixth place finish last week with 42.25 points after my awful first week (25.25), although it was not enough to catch Week 2 Winner, Mike Bellam.
For Week 3, there the choices were tougher for me in that I had to gamble on a serious pitcher, going for Jordan Zimmerman ($9400) against division rivals/somewhat anemica at the dish Miami. The Fish do like to swing their sticks, and Zimmerman and his Nationals mates are starting to get healthy and play like the team anticipated before the season began.
For hitters, I am looking at a couple of Seattle left-handed bats in Kyle Seager ($3700) and Robinson Cano ($4100) along with their "bargain" backstop, Mike Zunino ($2500), who clobbered his first two homers of the season this week.
The Mariners, matching up against the Twins and Phil Hughes, seem like a good gamble for this cycle.
