Mat Latos seemed like an ideal pitcher choice for last night's contest. He was reasonably priced and would be facing a Braves lineup that figures to be among the worst in the Majors this season. Not quite. But I can't dwell on what happened to my squad last night. The nice thing about Daily Fantasy is that you can quickly turn the page, so that's what I'm going to do. Here are a few players, all in the mid to low price range, who I like for Wednesday.

J.D. Martinez ($3400): Homered on Opening Day and opposing pitcher Ricky Nolasco tends to serve up a lot of longballs.

Mark Trumbo ($3200): Gets to face Chris Heston, who will be making just his second career big league start, at hitter-friendly Chase Field.

Mike Leake ($3200): Posted a 3.26 ERA at home last season and 3.21 ERA against the Pirates. That's good enough for me.
