Or maybe not so fun if you are a Justin Verlander owner.

Here are the regular season pitches thown for the top-5 consensus fantasy pitchers. As we all learned on Sesame Street, one of these things is not like the others, one of these things just doesn't belong:

PITCHES THROWN IN 2011 REGULAR SEASON (NOT INCLUDING PLAYOFFS)

  • 3941 Justin Verlander
  • 3609 Felix Hernandez
  • 3469 Clayton Kershaw
  • 3468 Roy Halladay
  • 3403 Cliff Lee

Dumb question Todd where are the projected auction prices listed? preferably nfbc 15 team ones. Thanks and sorry all at the same time.

If you mean the site's, they are available with a Platinum subscription.

Without cheating, I'm willing to bet that all 4 guys on the list below Verlander have higher GB rates, hence are more likely to receive help from the pitcher's best friend.

No, not sandpaper, a double play

This is what you get when you finish the games you start or exit in the eighth. Verlander was 2nd last season with 3745 and the King was 3rd with 3731.

No, it is more than that -- it is how efficient you are with your pitches -- all 5 guys threw comparable innings.
